Ventures into blogging

Hi Everyone! I'm Setting up this blog to help spread awareness about pets that need rehoming in Thanet and the surrounding areas. I originally set up a Facebook group called "Pets that need rehoming in Thanet" after seeing that there are a lot of pet selling pages online and in social media, but I wanted a group dedicated to all the pets looking for their forever homes who need adopting and a second chance at a better life. This group has been on Facebook since 27th August 2013 and even in 2 months has been really successful in finding homes for pets that are waiting to be adopted in rescue centres. Facebook however, is limiting in the way that I can't get as much information as I would like on the page, ready and easy for people to access. This is why I looked in to having a website, but I'm not particularly good at web design so I have opted for a blog for the time being :) Please remember that I am doing this entirely voluntarily with the full permission of all the rescue centres to help promote pets that need to find homes, and I will always link and let you know who to contact directly if you are interested in rehoming a pet :) Love, Caz
